The team is small on purpose. Every client talks to the same handful of people from brief to placement, and every shortlist is built by hand.

We work on contingency, which means you pay nothing until you hire. We started Selecta because we had spent enough years inside operations and HR to know what good hiring looks like, and what it usually does not.
